In iOS 13.6 or later, automatic updates are on by default. Your device will update automatically overnight while it is charging, although some updates may need to be installed manually.
Tp update your device now, just tap Install. Enter your passcode, and follow the prompts. If you see a message saying that you need more space on your device for a wireless update, you can delete content manually or update using your computer.
Update using your computer
To update your iPhone or iPad using your computer, make sure your device is plugged into your computer and that your computer is connected to the internet.
If you are using Mac with a macOS Catalina or later, open the Finder. If you are using a Mac with macOS Mojave or earlier, or a Windows computer, open iTunes.
You may see a message about updating your device when you connect it to your computer. Otherwise, locate your device in the sidebar, and make sure you are in the General tab.
In some versions of iTunes, this may appear as Settings. Next, click Update. Then click Download and Update and follow the prompts. Now you can keep your iPhone or iPad up to date and enjoy all the latest features.
